EarthTouch personnel routinely evaluate industrial, commercial, retail, and multi-family residential properties to assess the potential environmental liability and risk exposure involved in real estate transactions. We have completed assessment projects on all types of properties ranging from undeveloped land to complex industrial sites for private and public corporations, property owners, investors, and lenders. Our Phase I Environmental Site Assessments follow the most current ASTM guidelines and include the following project tasks:

  • Site Inspection
  • Review and Interpretation of Regulatory Records and Databases
  • Review of Historic Land Use Information
  • Review of Topographical, Geological and Physical Site Conditions
  • Evaluation of Adjacent Property Conditions and Operations
  • Discussions with Regulatory Agency Personnel
